NEW AND WANT TO CONNECT?
IF YOU LIKE, COME ALONG TO A HOSTED SUNDAY LUNCH

It's very informal, where you have a chance to meet some of us in a smaller environment, get to know what TBC is about, and get a real feel for who we are.

We would love to connect with you in this way! Check out the events tab above for dates for the next New People's Lunch.

Your First Visit
A run down of what to expect...

There's a car park onsite and parking in nearby streets. Our neighbours in Sunray Ave and Willowbrook Ave would prefer you don't park on those two streets.

When you arrive on site you will be greeted by the people looking after the car park. They're friendly and here to help you get your car parked.

As you come in there will be people there to say hi, don't be shy, let them know it's your first visit and they'll give you the run down.

The service starts at 10am, if you're running behind schedule that's OK - we love it when people arrive for the start but we're not people to scold you if you come in after that, no need to apologise - you should be greeted by a smile and a welcome whenever you get here.

The service usually includes sung worship, reading scripture, prayer and a sermon. Men and women, pastors and members of the congregation are involved in leading and teaching. Children are in for the first 20 minutes or so of each week and then head into their own programmes. The sermon and a time for reflection/Q&A and more sung worship will follow (maybe not in that order).

Kids programmes are fun and aimed at helping our younger members engage in God's Word and learn for themselves about His goodness and grace. There is a large team who serve our children in this programme. If it's your first (or first few times) do approach one of the welcome team and ask about how best to connect your children in. There are programmes for kids from preschool to intermediates on Sundy mornings. There is also a creche space for kids who need to let off steam, but babies are welcome in the service. The creche is there for carers to connect with others during the service, there is a screen to see and hear what's happening in the auditorium.

At the end of the service kids are collected by their parents/caregivers and there is a time for tea/coffee chattting/catch-up. It's all relaxed and fairly informal. If you have questions or want more information the welcome desk team are there to help and assist. Our pastors are available for drop-in, support or prayer during the week, don't hesitate to use the contact form here.
