We do have some guidelines for use, so make sure you read these first before you book – cos we don’t wanna be a party-pooper. (For example, our insurance policy states that no event can serve alcohol).

You can use the widget to the right to find a slot that works for you. You can book in blocks of 60, 90, 120, 150, 180 mins – click on “choose service” to choose one of these. Then use the mini calendar to find a time and date that works for you.

Bookings can be made via this page or by phoning the Church Office, during office hours (09) 817 7930

If a key is needed to gain entry to the building, then the user needs to let someone at the church office know this.

If a cost is required, then the Business Manager will notify them of this.

For those outside of TBC, our current rates are:

$22 per hour Monday to Saturday

$28 per hour on Sundays.

For one-off users, there is a bond of $50, which will be refunded to the user when the key is returned.

There is a list of cleaning instructions in the kitchen for the users of the facilities to do.

Alcohol is not permitted in our facilities due to insurance reasons.
